  On Thursday Aug 25, around 1.45 pm, I went to this store to buy some cosmetics. I did not remember exactly the name of the product I needed so I asked the employee at the store to provide some guidance. The lady was very rude, close to being mean. She treated me very unpolitely saying: "what"? "I don't understand", etc. When she finally understood, she said also very badly " there are some of those out there, go look". I had previously gone to the store and the attention was very good, that is why I returned and all I wanted was to avoid buying the wrong thing. This time the attention was awful. Nobody does a favor to a customer when the customer requests guidance about their own products! We pay! As far as I am concerned, I will never buy there again, zero customer friendly.

  To the tool wife bashing below, it's an outlet, hence the great prices. Enjoy the products and get educated. If you're being cheap and giving the stuff as gifts anyway, why do you need a receipt?? Go buy the real stuff if you want it to sit unused on someone's shelf for 3 years before it expires.

  Horrible customer service. Received dirty looks the entire time I was shopping . They had competitive prices but I wouldn't give my money. Every time I visit its different employees but the same attitude
